Terms and Conditions of Service

Xilo Online Proprietary Limited ACN 090 011 340 (Xilo Online) is the provider of an online and mobile credit card payment service known as iCharge™. An iCharge™ Free Trial Account (the Service) is offered to the online merchant (I, me or my) for the purpose of evaluation and testing only, and does not perform financial settlement of test transactions.

Provision of the Service is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

The information I have provided is correct and complete.

The Service will be used for a legitimate business purpose.

The Service shall be provided for a nominal evaluation period of not more than sixty days, after which it may be terminated if not registered for live operation.

Xilo Online may at its sole discretion decline to provide me with the Service or, having provided me with the Service, may terminate such Service at any time.

The Service is provided free of charge only within the usage limit afforded by my Test Unit allocation, as specified in the pricing page. I may have to pay for additional use of the Service beyond this limit at the specified rate.

Xilo Online does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it warrant any results obtained from my use of the Service, which is provided to me 'as is', without any warranties, express or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the full extent permitted by law, Xilo Online will not be liable in any way for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any negligent act or omission regarding the Service.
