How it works: you have an Affiliate Account with us and each of your clients has a Client Account with you.
All your clients' fees are deducted from their Client Account at the retail rate that you can set for each client.
These fees are deducted from your Affiliate Account at the wholesale rate that we charge you.
The difference between the retail rate and the wholesale rate is your margin, which accumulates in your Affiliate Account.
When a Client Account runs low, the client receives an email or text notification to top up. They do this by paying you (not us).

In place of email notifications, you and your clients can automate top-ups by registering a credit card on the system.
